Returns Eligibility

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Used or opened personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions before sending anything back

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us for assistance.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Contact your credit card company or bank (processing time may vary)
